FYI All rooms are subject to a 12% CT Room Occupancy Tax. Check-in: 4 to 6 p.m. and Check-out: 11:00 a.m. (If these times are not convenient, let us know well in advance and we will work with you.) We require a two-night minimum on a three-day holiday weekend. All rooms are double occupancy and a full breakfast is included. ('Double occupancy' means no more than two people to a room - CT law.) Infants, toddlers, and very young children can be accommodated in the Pink Rose Room at an additional charge of $25/night for each child. Please understand, we are too small an operation to have a credit card service. Room(s) are reserved upon receiving a check for the full payment. To receive a refund (less $25 administrative room fee), cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the date of arrival unless otherwise stated. This is a "No Smoking" environment; ash trays are provided on the deck. Sorry, no pets. .
