FYI All rooms are subject to a 12% CT Room Occupancy Tax. Check-in: 4 to 6 p.m. and Check-out: 11:00 a.m. (If these times are not convenient, let us know well in advance and we will work with you.) We require a two-night minimum on a three-day holiday weekend. All rooms are double occupancy and a full breakfast is included. ('Double occupancy' means no more than two people to a room - CT law.) Infants, toddlers, and very young children can be accommodated in the Pink Rose Room at an additional charge of $25/night for each child. Room(s) are reserved upon receiving a check for the full payment. All rooms are subject to a 12% CT Room Occupancy Tax. To receive a refund (less $25 administrative room fee), cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the date of arrival.. This is a "No Smoking" environment; ash trays are provided on the deck. Sorry, no pets. We regret that due to the rise in the price of heating oil, electricity and other things, we have had to increase our rates. Thank you for understanding. .
